*angry mode ON*

Windows XP logoFor sure I would push that button, the angry button on my body if I have on, my Windows crashed again!

By the wa, where do you think the perfect place to put the button? i think it would be handy on the left arm, dont you think so? like this film Predator, so cool if you have that kind of gadget on your left arm, want to clean up your room? “click click..” voila!! all your stuff will be back to its place, want to kill someone you hate? “click click ..” kaboomm!!$%^& hahaha, i wish..

Back to my Windows, it has been the 3rd times within 2 months since i got internet at home, it crashed because of the bug and got infected by viruses, i have my free AVG updated every day and firewall also. At the end of the googling, searching for the cures and the “how to” i gave up, then reinstall Windows. Then it happened again, reinstall Windows again, then happened again.

I don’t turn the automatic Windows update on, simply because sometimes the file got corrupted and bad installation might happen, especially when you are using dial up like me. At the end, still the only way is to have a fresh installation. i have installed DeepFreeze from Faronic. It maintains the state of your computer, you may edit the registry, install malicious programs, when you reboot your computer, you will see your fresh computer. Hope no more computer-crashed saga.

I know, this must have come up in your brain, why i didn’t just use Linux. My Venus VT-11 CDMA modem still not supported by Linux, at the moment i am using Mandriva One 2008. I have tried to recompile the kernel, still didn’t work.

And why do you think this could happen? is it Microsoft products are so bad that very easy for viruses/trojans using the bug in the code and brake down the system? or these virus makers hate Microsoft?

Based on my experience using computer, i have no difficulties at all using Windows, it’s very intuitive in fact, Windows 98, ME and XP, except Vista, Vista is such a downgrade version of XP.

I think this is more to the percentage of people in the world using Windows products are more than others, like Mac or Linux, of course when you make a virus, you want it to effect more computers don’t you think? hehehe
